Position
Responsible for supporting day-to-day hospital operations by ensuring smooth patient services, departmental coordination, compliance adherence, and service quality. The role focuses on executing operational processes efficiently, maintaining patient-centric service delivery, and supporting team performance in alignment with AHI’s standards of care and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Patient Care & Experience 
    • Ensure courteous, empathetic, and patient-centered interactions at all service points. 
    • Support in maintaining patient satisfaction scores above 90%. 
    • Assist in resolving service-related concerns within defined timelines. 
    • Collect and escalate patient feedback for service improvement initiatives. 
  • Patient Flow & Bed Management 
    • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge processes efficiently. 
    • Assist in bed allocation and ensure accurate documentation. 
    • Support departments to minimize waiting time and delays in patient movement. 
  • Clinical Safety & Equipment Coordination 
    • Ensure adherence to hospital safety policies and reporting protocols. 
    • Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate with biomedical/maintenance teams. 
    • Support in monitoring equipment availability to reduce downtime. 
  • Staff Coordination & Support 
    • Assist in implementing departmental training programs. 
    • Coordinate duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing support. 
    • Maintain positive working relationships across departments. 
    • Support internal engagement initiatives and team communication. 
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance Support 
    • Ensure documentation is maintained as per accreditation standards. 
    • Support audits related to infection control, safety, and quality compliance. 
    • Report deviations and assist in implementing corrective actions. 
    • Maintain adherence to hospital policies and SOPs. 
  • Reporting & Escalation  
    • Maintain accurate MIS and departmental records - daily census reports, occupancy status, service turnaround times, and escalation records. 
    • Provide timely updates to the reporting manager for review and action. 
    • Ensure follow-ups are completed, and service recovery actions are implemented when required.
Qualification 
  • MBA or MHA
  • 0 - 5 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare coordination, or hotels
  • Basic understanding of hospital processes and quality standards. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills. 
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Service-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow in hospital operations.
