Position
The Secretary will manage the Chairman's office, reconcile fees, coordinate schedules, handle travel arrangements, and ensure smooth communication with key stakeholders, including guests, referral doctors, and patients. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Manage the office of the Chairman, including scheduling daily appointments in coordination with other core departments.
Handle guests of the Chairman and ensure a pleasant experience.
Arrange and coordinate Chairman's business and personal travel, accommodation, and transport for both national and international trips.
Maintain communication with referral doctors, ensuring Chairman calls them back the day after surgeries.
Provide timely updates to referral doctors regarding patient admissions and surgeries.
Coordinate with OPD, billing, and finance departments to ensure correct billing and fee capture for Chairman's patients.
Keep track of airline, hotel, and travel loyalty points (e.g., mileage, Pranam services).
Monitor HNI patients and coordinate their follow-up consultations with CMD.
Ensure Chairman meets with Deluxe/Suite class patients on discharge, coordinating with front office and CVTS PA.
Handle additional tasks as assigned.

3 to 10 years experience as Secretary to Director / CXO
