Position
You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the professional and personal growth of our employees. You will play a key role in inducting new employees, identifying training needs, and implementing effective learning strategies, and measuring progress to drive excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development.
    • Collaborate with department heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement targeted learning interventions.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and audits.
  • Employee Induction & Onboarding
    • Lead and organize employee induction programs to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Conduct sessions to familiarize new hires with the hospital’s values, policies, and patient-centric culture.
    • Maintain detailed training MIS and track onboarding success metrics.
  • Soft Skills & Customer Care Training
    • Develop and deliver customer care training modules to enhance patient experience and service quality.
    • Conduct soft skills workshops focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Training Audit & Compliance
    • Establish training calendars and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO and HR audit requirements related to training documentation and processes.
  • Staff Engagement & Recognition Programs
    • Organize reward & recognition initiatives to boost employee motivation.
    • Play a key role in staff welfare programs, including Open House, Annual Day, and Employee Engagement activities.
  • Policy Development & Process Improvement
    • Design, update, and implement HR policies related to training and development.
    • Provide strategic input on HR manual revisions to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in training customer-facing staff.
  • Hospitality background such as hotels, airlines and hospitals strongly preferred.
